What is a OneOral membership?
OneOral brings your daily toothpaste and rinse kit, online dentist access, and your member portal into one plan. Complete adds whitening. Power Pack adds whitening, energy gum, and your choice of mints or moisturizing spray.
How much does membership cost?
Essentials is $39/month. Complete is $39 for the first month, then $48.99/month; the first month of whitening is included at no additional charge. Power Pack is $57.99/month. Plans are billed monthly until you cancel.
How often will my products arrive?
Your toothpaste and rinse kit ships every 3 months. Whitening and energy gum, when included, ship every 6 months. Mints or spray, when included, ship every 3 months. Your billing cycle is monthly, separate from your delivery schedule.
Do I get both rinses?
Your dentist guides which rinse belongs in your plan. Maintenance Rinse and Treatment Rinse are alternatives. Follow the routine and directions supplied with your kit.
Is the saliva Bio Test included?
The saliva Bio Test is optional and available separately from your membership. It measures 20 saliva markers and gives your dentist additional information to discuss with you.
Can I manage or cancel my membership online?
Yes. Sign in to your member portal to manage your plan, deliveries, and membership. You can cancel through your portal.
