Accessibility
OneOral is committed to making oral health care accessible to everyone. We continuously work to improve the accessibility of our website, app, and telehealth services.
WCAG 2.1 AA Standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA across our website and member portal. This includes sufficient color contrast, keyboard navigability, and screen reader compatibility.
Screen Reader Support
Our pages are built with semantic HTML and ARIA labels to ensure compatibility with popular screen readers including NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver on macOS and iOS.
Keyboard Navigation
All interactive elements on our platform — forms, buttons, modals, and navigation — are fully operable via keyboard. Focus indicators are visible and meet minimum contrast requirements.
Text Resizing & Zoom
Our platform supports browser-level text resizing up to 200% without loss of content or functionality. Pages reflow correctly at high zoom levels to accommodate users with low vision.
Color Contrast
Text and UI components meet the WCAG 2.1 AA minimum contrast ratio of 4.5:1 for normal text and 3:1 for large text. We do not rely on color alone to convey information.
Telehealth Accessibility
Virtual dental consultations are available with closed captioning on request. If you require accommodations for your telehealth appointment, please contact us before scheduling and we will do our best to assist.
Known Limitations
- Some older PDF documents may not be fully accessible. We are working to remediate these.
- Certain third-party video consultation tools may have accessibility limitations outside our direct control.
- Animated content on marketing pages can be reduced by enabling your OS-level "Reduce Motion" setting.
