- Foods mapped to your cavity risk
- Hidden sugars & acids flagged for you
- Enamel-supporting, remineralizing choices
- Smart meal timing to protect your pH
- Built from your saliva test & history
- Practical swaps you’ll actually make

Eat for a cavity-free mouth
Decay starts with diet. Your plan maps everyday foods to your actual cavity risk — so you know what protects your enamel and what quietly feeds the bacteria behind decay.

Spot the hidden sugars and acids
Granola, sports drinks, dried fruit, sparkling water — plenty of "healthy" foods erode enamel or feed S. mutans. We flag the sneaky ones and suggest swaps you’ll actually make.
Support remineralization
Calcium, phosphate, and vitamin-rich foods help your enamel rebuild between meals. Your plan leans into the foods that work with your toothpaste and rinse, not against them.

Time meals to protect your pH
It’s not just what you eat — it’s when. Constant grazing keeps your mouth acidic for hours. We help you structure meals and snacks so your pH recovers between them.

Small swaps, real results
“I thought I ate healthy — turns out my afternoon dried-fruit habit was the problem. Two simple swaps from my plan and my last checkup was the best in years.”
“The plan finally connected my diet to my cavities. Seeing which 'health' foods were acidic was a wake-up call. It’s practical, not preachy.”
“I love that it’s built around my saliva test. It doesn’t just say 'eat less sugar' — it tells me what to eat and when, for my mouth specifically.”
Common questions
Everything you need to know about the OneOral Nutrition Plan — how it’s personalized, what it covers, and how diet connects to your dental health.
Talk to a dentistWhat is the OneOral Nutrition Plan?
It’s personalized dietary guidance focused entirely on your oral health. Based on your intake — and your salivary test if you’ve taken one — we map everyday foods to your cavity risk, enamel health, pH, and oral microbiome, then give you practical swaps and meal timing.
How is this different from a regular diet plan?
Regular diet plans optimize for weight or general health and ignore your teeth. Ours is built around dental outcomes: reducing decay-causing sugars, avoiding enamel-eroding acids, supporting remineralization, and protecting your salivary pH throughout the day.
Do I have to give up the foods I love?
No. The goal isn’t restriction — it’s smarter timing and small swaps. Often it’s less about removing foods and more about when and how you eat them (e.g., with meals instead of grazing, followed by water or a rinse).
Which "healthy" foods are actually bad for my teeth?
Common culprits include dried fruit, citrus and sparkling water (acidic), granola and "natural" bars (sticky sugars), and frequent smoothies or sports drinks. Your plan flags the ones relevant to your routine and suggests alternatives.
Is the plan based on my salivary test?
If you’ve taken the OneOral salivary test, your plan uses those markers — bacterial load, pH, buffering capacity — to personalize recommendations. If not, we build it from your intake and you can refine it after testing.
