Help today.
Here tomorrow.
Tooth pain. Prescription questions. Healing check-ins. And every day after. Dental care should keep going.
Membership from $39/month
Online dentist access.
A daily routine. One membership.
A toothache might
bring you here.
Feeling supported
should keep you here.
When something feels wrong, you want a dentist to talk to. When treatment is over, the questions don’t always stop. We built OneOral to connect those moments—with online care, ongoing check-ins, and a daily routine in one membership.
What’s on
your mind?
You don’t need to have the answer.
Start with the question.
Start with what’s bothering you.
Tell a dentist about your pain, how long it’s been happening, and any changes you’ve noticed. Get guidance on your next step, including whether you need in-person treatment.
- Talk through your symptoms
- Local pharmacy pickup when medication is prescribed
- Understand when to see a dentist in person
A prescription is issued only when clinically appropriate. Antibiotics are not the answer to every toothache.
Trouble breathing or swallowing, rapidly spreading swelling, or bleeding that won’t stop? Seek emergency care now.
“Is this healing
the way it should?”
A question that deserves a dentist. Bring your recovery questions online after an extraction, implant, root canal, or other dental treatment—even if it happened at another office.
Talk through what you’re noticing, understand your next step, and check in again as questions come up.
Online check-ins included. No extra visit charge. The questions
you think of later.
Ask. Check in.
Keep feeling supported.
Keep your treating dentist’s follow-up appointments and aftercare instructions. Photos and online conversations cannot confirm every aspect of healing or replace an in-person exam.
Prescribed online.
Picked up locally.
Looking for help with dental pain or a possible infection? Start with a licensed dentist who reviews your symptoms and health history.
When medication is clinically appropriate, your dentist can send a prescription to your local pharmacy for you to pick up. If you need treatment in a dental office, they can help you understand what to do next.
Prescriptions are not guaranteed. Medication can be part of care; it does not replace treatment of the underlying dental problem. Pharmacy charges may apply.
More than
one conversation.
Get help with today’s concern. Come back with tomorrow’s questions. Keep your daily care moving in between.

Good questions.
Honest answers.
Can I talk to a dentist about tooth pain?
Yes. A licensed dentist can review your symptoms and health history, discuss appropriate care, and help you understand whether you need an in-person visit. Online care cannot perform the procedure needed to treat a damaged or infected tooth.
Can I get a prescription online?
Yes. When clinically appropriate and permitted for your situation, your dentist can send a prescription to your local pharmacy for pickup. An assessment does not guarantee a prescription, and antibiotics are not appropriate for every toothache. Medication availability and pickup timing depend on the pharmacy. Pharmacy charges may apply separately.
Can I check in after dental treatment somewhere else?
Yes. You can ask a OneOral dentist questions about your recovery after a dental procedure, including treatment performed by another office. Share what was done, when it happened, and the instructions you received. Your treating dentist remains responsible for your procedure-specific follow-up; online support does not replace their examination or instructions.
Do online check-ins cost extra?
Ongoing online dental check-ins are included with your active OneOral membership at no additional visit charge. In-person examinations, X-rays, cleanings, and procedures are separate and are not included.
What comes with the membership?
Essentials starts at $39/month and includes online dentist access plus the toothpaste and rinse in your care plan. Your kit ships every 3 months. Plans renew monthly until canceled; you can manage or cancel through your member portal.
When should I get urgent in-person help?
If you have trouble breathing or swallowing, rapidly spreading facial or neck swelling, or bleeding that will not stop, seek emergency care now. Contact your treating dentist promptly about worsening symptoms after a procedure. Do not wait for an online response in an emergency.
