Three steps. All at home.
The whole routine was built by dentists. You answer a few questions and open the box — nothing on this list needs an office.
Answer a few questions
Your routine, your mornings, what you’ve already tried — answered from your couch, in less time than you spend brushing.
Treatment or maintenance
Your answers decide which of the two you start on — Treatment if your risk runs higher, Maintenance if it doesn’t. A licensed dentist reviews before anything prescription ships.
Your kit shows up
Everything lands at your door, then a refill box every 90 days, so the clean never lapses.
Common questions
The honest answers on what your mouth has to do with the rest of your health — including where the evidence stops.
Talk to a dentistWhat does my mouth actually have to do with the rest of me?
Gum disease is an inflammatory condition, and inflammation doesn’t stay where it starts. Research has repeatedly found associations between gum disease and heart disease, diabetes and cognitive decline. It’s worth being precise about what that means: those are associations, and the major cardiology and dental bodies are clear they don’t establish that one causes the other. What isn’t in dispute is that inflamed, bleeding gums are worth fixing on their own terms — and that most people never check.
I train hard and eat clean. Doesn’t that cover it?
Not by itself, and endurance training can cut the other way. Hours of sipping sports drinks and gels keep your mouth acidic for the length of a session, and breathing through your mouth through a long effort leaves it drier — both are conditions the bacteria behind decay and gum inflammation prefer. Fitness doesn’t exempt your mouth. In some ways it asks more of it.
Is any of this actually measurable, or am I guessing?
It’s measurable, and that’s the part most people skip. The at-home saliva test measures the bacteria linked to gum disease and shows where you sit against a reference range. It measures and tells you — it doesn’t treat, and it isn’t a diagnosis. What you do with the number is where the routine comes in.
What would this actually change day to day?
Very little time, which is the point. A rinse at night, the gel twice a day, mints for the gaps, and a refill box every 90 days. It’s built to sit alongside the things you already track rather than become another project — and a dentist reviews your intake before anything prescription ships.
Is this a replacement for seeing my dentist?
No. OneOral works alongside your dentist, not instead of one. Membership includes teledental access to a licensed dentist, and if anything ever looks like it needs in-person care, we’ll say so.
Train everything.
