Billing

Your plan is billed monthly at the price shown at checkout, plus any sales tax. It renews automatically until you cancel.
Each product box starts a cycle of 3 monthly payments (3 calendar months). When a cycle ends, the next one and its box begin automatically.

Cancel any time in your OneOral account, before the next cycle begins.
Cancelling stops the next cycle and its box. The remaining monthly payments for your current cycle are still collected on their normal dates. Nothing is charged early or as a lump sum.
Your account shows your remaining payments, their dates and when your plan ends before you confirm.

Deleting your account works like cancelling: your plan ends at the end of the current box cycle, and there is no next cycle or next box.
The remaining monthly payments for the current cycle are still collected on their normal dates. Billing does not stop on the day you delete, and nothing is charged early.
If the current cycle’s box is paid for and hasn’t shipped yet, it still ships to the address on your order.
Your profile is deleted. We keep only the billing, payment and shipping records needed to collect the remaining payments, send receipts and complete that delivery.

OneOral+: a Standard Kit ships now, then every 3 months.
Power Pack: the Standard Kit and your breath mints or oral spray ship now, then every 3 months; whitening and energy gum ship now, then every 6 months.
Shipping is free, to US addresses only. A box ships for a cycle only once its payment is made.

The OneOral membership on its own ($9.99/month) has no box cycle: cancelling stops the next renewal.
