Safety
Consult your dentist before whitening if you have sensitive teeth, gum issues, or existing dental work. These trays are single-use — discard each tray after one session and never re-wear one. Do not wear trays while sleeping. Do not eat, drink, or smoke while trays are in place. Some gel may be swallowed during normal use; if a large amount is ingested, drink water and contact your healthcare provider. Avoid contact with eyes and other soft tissue — rinse immediately if it happens. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Stop use and consult your dentist if sensitivity or irritation persists. Not for children under 12, and pregnant or nursing women should consult their provider before starting. Stop whitening 7–10 days before any dental appointment. A full instruction sheet is included with every box.
How it works
How to use
Brush your teeth, then open one tray pack. Seat the upper tray (marked “U”) over your teeth, bite down firmly, and suck against it for about two seconds so it seals. Peel away the colored outer tray and leave the thin white inner tray on your teeth. Repeat with the lower tray (marked “L”). Wear for 15–20 minutes — don’t eat, drink, or smoke while they’re in, and never wear them while sleeping. Remove both trays, discard them, and brush with Gel 1100. Use once a day for 10 days. Avoid coffee, tea, red wine, and other staining foods for 12 hours after each session.

How quickly will I see results?+
Used as directed — once a day for 10 days — the trays go up to 5 shades, and most people see the change start partway through the cycle. Heavily stained smiles may benefit from a maintenance touch-up about 30 days later.
Will it make my teeth sensitive?+
Some sensitivity is possible with any whitening gel. This one carries potassium nitrate and fluoride for comfort, and we pair the trays with Gel 1100, whose nano-hydroxyapatite helps remineralize enamel between sessions. If you have a history of severe sensitivity, talk to one of our providers via telehealth before starting.
Do I need impressions or a dentist visit?+
No. The trays arrive prefilled, and the UltraFit material softens with the heat of your mouth to conform to your smile — including over braces and brackets. No molds, no dental lab, no office visits. A licensed OneOral provider reviews your intake before we ship.
Is it safe for crowns, veneers, or fillings?+
Peroxide-based whitening only acts on natural enamel — it won’t damage restorations, but it also won’t change their color. If you have visible front-tooth restorations, talk to your dentist (or one of ours via telehealth) about timing.
